Digging up the truth of an archaeological mystery
could uncover a lot more in this
gripping lesbian Scottish romance.

Archaeologist Dr. Rose Boyd’s life is in ruins - and not in a good way. A divorce forces her to move to rural Scotland with her rebellious teenage daughter. Then Rose’s job unexpectedly brings her face to face with her childhood crush.
Beautiful Blair Millburn-Horton, now the CEO of a scandal-ridden local development company, is as charismatic as ever. When an astonishing archaeological discovery throws the women together, adventure, mystery, and something much more alluring follows.
What else lies beneath the surface if they’re willing to dig for it?

I spent half my life in Scotland and during that time, I fell in love with the people there and the wonderful landscape. The mountain ranges, glens and lochs, the many islands and beaches where one can walk alone for hours or have wee blethers with strangers along the way. It's no wonder that I discovered here one of my favourite pastimes, beachcombing.
In Scotland I fulfilled my childhood dream too, and studied archaeology at the University of Glasgow.
Recently, I moved back to Germany with cases full of books, my most treasured beach finds and fountain pens which I do collect but don't actually use. And I also brought back my first sapphic romance manuscript.
When I am not reading or writing, I enjoy the company of friends and family and my work as a nurse.
